30 December 2008 - planning permission for rescue to stay openas the rescue continued to grow in regards to number of visitors and facility requirements, particularily the need for lighting and use of a generator, in 2007 complaints were made to the council. after long battles and a strong petition we were granted permission to stay open for one year as long as tight conditions were followed. this was to end november 2008. for the last month , after having handed in a 2nd application we have been granted permission to stay open for a further year. disappointingly we hoped to have been given permanent permission but we ofcourse hold sincere gratitude for being allowed to continue the rehoming and rescuing of 100's of rabbitsGuinea pigs available...
